Redímere Women’s Center of Arkansas empowers women in midlife and menopause to redeem their vitality, wholeness, and joy through integrated, on-site holistic care that honors every layer of their being — body, mind, spirit, and community. This purpose emphasizes menopause-certified health care while also addressing women’s whole health – including but not limited to physical therapy, pelvic floor therapy, Qigong instruction, licensed mental health therapy, personal training, osteoporosis management, patient advocacy and lifestyle coaching – all provided in a welcoming sanctuary setting in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
